Hepco & Becker Tube racks are luggage racks made mostly for soft luggage and universally mounted luggage. Hepco Tube racks are designed with simplicity in mind. The racks often blend into the lines of the bike making it look OEM without sacrificing too much versatility. They mount easily with the included hardware and instructions. Top cases are not directly compatible. Only top cases with universal plates can be mounted.
