- The weight resistance is an impressive 100kg. Manufactured from impact resistant, through-colored plastic, the Gobi is extremely resilient, waterproof and absorbs impacts and scuffs without trouble.
- It unites the looks of an aluminum case with all advantages of a plastic case.
- The outside and internal luggage walls are honeycombed together enhancing the strength of the case.
- The smooth inner surfaces make it possible to store your gear without worry of damage.
- The Gobi is in the true sense of the word a "top-loader" with sturdy metal locks so that your belongings don’t fall out when opening, a hinge from chain fabric, and a metal carrying handle.
- Strap loops and water taps are an additional option allowing you to get the most out of your adventure.
- Gobi bags come in three styles being Alu Optic which is a silver color, Black which is all black and the Black Edition which has silver inlays and includes strap loops for strapping additional items on top at no additional cost.
- These straps are also available as an optional extra for customers to install themselves on the Alu Optic and Black versions.
- As with all Hepco & Becker top cases, a backrest is available for the comfort of your passenger.
- Inner bags are available for all of the Gobis that allow you to easily put or take your belongings in or out.
- Unique to Gobi is the ability to use the side cases as water carriers. This is made possible by the double wall construction.
- This storage volume is accessed by an optional tap, which can be easily installed by the customer.
- Please note that Gobi top cases do not have the ability for the additional water tap, only the side cases.
