Yoshimura's 231030S320 RS-12 Stainless Full Exhaust, with Aluminum Muffler is made specifically for Yamaha YZ250F (2024-current).
While other exhaust brands just carried over their Yamaha YZ250F offerings to include 2024 model, on the dyno and track, the new YZ told us there was more on the table. So our R&D team went to work to optimize the new Yamaha.
The adjustments to our spec proved what the 2024 YZ was telling our team was right. Our revised RS-12 Signature Series full system added 2.5% max HP and 2.8% max torque over stock. This is why we develop and test all of our product!
Our RS-12 mufflers have loads of features including our PTF insert system that makes changing inserts a breeze and an optimized muffler shape with added volume and brake caliper clearance.
Yoshimura's RS-12 system is proudly designed, developed and manufactured in Chino, California.

- Carbon end cap covers an inner cap mounted design improves durability, and eases servicing as compared to other sandwich mounting designs most commonly found in the industry.
- New patent pending Precision Taper Fit (PTF) insert ring makes it easy to install and remove sound inserts and spark arresters.
- Tapered muffler body inlet design of RS-12 enables the system to be pushed forward thus helping with weight centralization without sacrificing performance.
