The R&D department has worked for months to offer a new evolution, with headers specifically designed and dimensioned to optimize the performance of the new engine on the Japanese superbike. This configuration also allows for the inclusion of a valve (entirely made of titanium) or a pre-silencer to further reduce noise levels, in line with the new regulations for European circuits.
Each system is born from the experience gained in the most competitive championships, with the goal of offering smoother power delivery, real power gains and an engaging sound. Every Spark exhaust is entirely designed and manufactured in Italy, with meticulous, craftsman-level dedication to quality, performance, and design.
The first offering is the GHO8847T system, equipped with full titanium headers with 1-2, 3-4 crossovers, CNC-machined titanium bushings and the Konix Evo silencer, the ultimate expression of Spark's racing approach. The conical titanium body and angular carbon fiber end cap give the CBR 1000 RR-R a bold and distinctive look. A perfect combination of performance, lightness and style for those seeking the best, on and off the racetrack.
The full titanium system with exhaust valve is GHO8850T-V, featuring the Force Evo silencer (450 mm), made of titanium with an elegant ribbed design and a carbon fiber end cap. Also available with a pre-silencer (GHO8849T), this system optimizes performance while complying with increasingly strict European noise regulations, offering refined design and top performance.
The system with the Grid-o full titanium silencer, GHO8848T, is highly appreciated in those markets without noise restrictions. This silencer is made entirely of titanium, with visible TIG welds that emphasize the handcrafted quality and precision engineering. Its extreme lightness, pure racing look and aggressive sound make it the ideal choice for those looking for an uncompromising solution.
All systems come with a carbon heat shield to protect the boot from the heat of the link pipe. All silencers can be provided with a dB killer, allowing for adjustable noise levels. Each system is designed for easy and precise installation thanks to perfect fittings and finely machined connections, tested even in the Endurance World Championship to ensure maximum reliability.
