R&G's ECS0095BK Engine Case Slider, Right Side is made specifically for Yamaha YZF-R1 (2015-current).

The R&G Engine Case Slider is designed to quickly and easily bolt over the bottom edge of the right side engine cover for added impact and slide protection during a fall or crash. Machined from Abrasion resistant High Density Polyethylene (HPDE) to help slow the bike and give motor a sliding surface so the cover itself is not ground down as the bike slides to a stop. HPDE is the same material R&G uses in the frame and axle sliders for complete bike protection.
