Graves Motorsports's EPK-23ZX4-HPT WORKS Link Header Upgrade is made specifically for Kawasaki ZX-4R/RR (2024-current).

GRAVES WORKS LINK HEADER UPGRADE - Graves Motorsports Kawasaki ZX-4RR Header Upgrade. Designed to upgrade your existing ZX4RR / ZX4R Cat Back Silencer to a full Graves race exhaust. This header will inter-change at stock locations and will easily replace your stock header with our light-weight titanium header. Additionally, you can use your OEM silencer for those racetracks that have extremely strict sound regulations. Graves' precise engineering develops precision products that are designed to outlook, outperform, and outlast the competition. Graves Exhaust systems are designed for the elite rider seeking top of the line performance, fit, finish and value. This exhaust system was developed using the same technology that has powered the Graves Racing Teams and supported racers to 31 Professional AMA National Championships including 9 Superbike Championship titles and 3 Pro Side x Side.

We did not compromise in the development of this system. This ZX-4RR Race Spec Full exhaust system includes tapered head pipes and optimized material diameters and length. Combined with Graves' exclusive flash tune map and the Graves Cat Back Silencer this system produces a solid 9 + HP in the midrange and 23+ at the top of the horsepower charts.

We use the same 1.00 MM thick wall high heat grade Titanium tubing used on our Superbike exhaust systems. This material is designed especially for maximum durability and oxidation resistance up to 800*Celsius / 1472*Fahrenheit. It is designed to live at twice the temperature of normal Grade2 Titanium. The tubes are precision bent and cut with the latest equipment available. The tubing is then welded in fixtures designed so that repeatability is second to none. It comes with a single Lambda receiver bung for on-track data logging or Dyno tuning. The spring tabs are made from 4MM thick Titanium wire for long life.
